This Privacy Policy describes how Zaya ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit zaya.marketing or use the Zaya digital marketing platform (the "Platform").

We collect information you provide directly when you create a member account, contact us, or schedule a Platform walkthrough. This may include your name, email address, business name, phone number, and payment details processed by our third-party payment provider.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, to keep the Platform running and to improve member experience.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Platform, communicate with members about their accounts, process payments, send Platform updates, and meet legal obligations.
